We may collect provider content such as business name, services, prices, descriptions, images, logos, locations, staff, schedules, packages, and public page settings.

When clients request bookings or packages, we may collect contact details, booking details, notes, attendance status, package usage, and related communication.

We also collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, cookies, logs, security events, and usage data needed to operate and improve the platform.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, publish provider pages, process booking and package requests, send notifications, provide support, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and improve Panambi.

We may use public provider content to generate search-friendly pages when the provider has enabled search visibility.

Providers and clients

Providers can access information related to their business, including bookings, clients, package subscriptions, notes, and messages submitted to their page.

Clients should only submit information they are comfortable sharing with the selected provider. Providers are responsible for how they use client information outside Panambi.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, language preferences, security protections, and product functionality.

Some security or verification features may rely on third-party services that process technical information to help protect the platform.

Sharing information

We share information with providers when needed to manage bookings, packages, messages, and client relationships.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, email, or operate the platform. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, providers, or Panambi.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights (ARCO)

You may update account information, provider settings, search visibility, and booking availability from the product where those controls are available.

Under Uruguay Law No. 18,331, you have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, inclusion, or deletion of your personal data.

You may contact support to request any of these rights or other privacy-related help. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable regulations.

International use

Panambi may be used across countries. Information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate.

By using the platform, you understand that privacy laws may vary by location.
