Accessibility

Panambi is built to help people find providers and manage bookings with less friction. Accessibility is part of that responsibility.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Our commitment

We aim to make public provider pages, booking flows, account pages, and dashboards usable by people with different abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Our goal is to follow widely used accessibility practices such as semantic HTML, keyboard support, readable contrast, responsive layouts, clear labels, and predictable navigation.

What we currently support

We use responsive layouts designed for mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

We use form labels, headings, buttons, and links intended to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers.

We avoid relying only on color to communicate important booking states where possible and continue improving status text and controls.

Known limitations

Some provider-uploaded content, images, logos, custom text, map embeds, or third-party widgets may not fully meet accessibility expectations.

Some dashboard workflows are still evolving and may need additional keyboard, focus, or screen-reader refinements.

Feedback

If you find an accessibility barrier, contact support with the page URL, the device and browser you used, and a short description of the issue.

We review accessibility feedback as product work and prioritize fixes based on severity, impact, and feasibility.

Ongoing improvements

We will keep improving accessibility as Panambi evolves, especially in booking flows, provider pages, client account pages, and provider dashboards.
