Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Panambi. By creating an account, publishing a provider page, requesting a booking, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Our role

Panambi provides software for providers to publish services, manage schedules, receive booking requests, communicate with clients, and organize packages or memberships.

Providers are independent businesses or professionals. They are responsible for the services they offer, their prices, availability, policies, professional licenses, insurance, and the quality and safety of the services they deliver.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must keep their public page, services, prices, availability, location, cancellation rules, and contact information accurate and up to date.

Providers must only publish content they have the right to use and must not use Panambi for illegal, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity.

Providers are responsible for confirming, rejecting, canceling, or rescheduling bookings and for communicating material changes to clients.

Client bookings

Clients may request bookings through provider pages. A booking is only confirmed when the provider or the platform marks it as confirmed.

Clients must provide accurate contact information and attend bookings on time. Provider-specific cancellation, no-show, package, and payment rules may apply.

Payments and packages

Unless a page clearly says otherwise, payments are arranged directly between the client and the provider. Panambi does not guarantee refunds, service delivery, or provider availability.

Packages, memberships, credits, or prepaid services are managed by the provider. Providers are responsible for honoring their stated package conditions.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Panambi reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update or remove features as the product evolves. We may also suspend accounts or provider pages that violate these terms or create risk for users or the platform.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Panambi is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, missed appointments, provider conduct, client conduct, or disputes between providers and clients.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users or show the updated date on this page.

Continuing to use Panambi after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

Any dispute, conflict, or claim arising from the use of Panambi, or related to these terms, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.
